Love this little hidden gem in fair haven. I live down the street from this place so I dine here frequently and even have take out when I am too lazy to cook. The food is always delish and fresh. Their breakfast sandwiches and pancakes are our go to for breakfast. For lunch and dinner we usually get either the seafood platter or penne a la vodka with chicken parm on top (SO good!). Nothing better than coming here on a spring/summer day to enjoy the water views on their patio while sipping on a mimosa. To top it off the staff is super nice and never make us feel rushed. Always will give this place 5 stars!

Waiting time is way too long, waitress very very rude, portions are too small, and prices are too high. And unsanitary: The waitress gave us the fork she dropped to the floor. Who knows what is going on in the kitchen where we don't see.
I realize many reviewers mention waitress was friendly. May be she was just rude to non-white / minority groups. If you are one the privileged ones, don't let my review misguide you -

Cute place. Dark interior but if you are lucky enough to get one of the outdoor patio tables overlooking the marina, the view is fantastic.
Our seafood was awesome. My friend had the seafood platter. All of it was delicious. My lobster roll wasn't packed with meat but not a bad deal at $19.99. The fresh potato chips were flat. I had a feeling they were not fried to order.
The bathroom was very clean. The chair outside of the bathroom held pizza boxes. Um, that isn't appetizing. Wish they would store them elsewhere.
The 2 waitresses on duty both seemed checked out. No smiles, no warm fuzzies. The soda machine was broken, she offered us no other options and didn't refill our water. My friend had to step inside to ask for ketchup because she just never came back to us. The table also needed to be washed down better, had egg yolk stuck to it.
People were still ordering breakfast at 1pm and the plates coming out looked fantastic.
So, despite a few flaws we really liked this place. With a few tweaks it could have easily earned 4 stars. I'd return again. -

Very basic menu. Food was nothing special. I couldn't even salt my eggs as the salt shaker was all gummed up, even with the rice in it. Wouldn't come here again.

First , the good news is the location. Nice to sit on the deck and take in the Quinnipiac on an August evening. Breakfast must be the big draw . The bad news was we went there for dinner. The fried squid rings were chewy. The seafood platter with onion rings was totally overdressed to the point of hardly being able to distinguish the fish chunks from the scallops from the shrimp. There were a few clam strips, no bellies. I think the freshness of the food would have been a positive factor if you could have actually tasted it over the very heavy breading. Too bad.
